We junked our 2002 Toyota Camry, I simply called then was told to text my make model and my address within a couple hours a honest gentlemen with a tow truck came by paid us and left with the car. Not professional at all. You call them and they don't pick up the phone and cant even leave a message because the voicemail is full. They didn't show up at the first scheduled time and even said they were stuck in traffic and asked to reschedule. When rescheduled didn't even show up and couldn't get in contact with them. I would definitely not recommend.

Rich was awesome. He came to us within an hour and was very professional and courteous. We were waiting 4 hours for another company when we called. He was getting ready to go home when he heard of our situation and said he felt bad for us. He gave the same amount as the other company offered. I will be calling him first from now on. Dishonest and unprofessional. I was told yesterday that a driver would be to me within a few hours and I waited around all day for nothing. Then whoever was TEXTING me from their number, said "will tomorrow work better for you?" and has yet to respond to my calls or my message. Highly recommend calling someone else.

No stars. He never showed up for two days. He kept saying he was coming and i rearranged my schedule and never showed. We called a different company and they came in a hour and gave us more money then he was going to. Very unprofessional
