Almost sold me a decent used Nissan Altima. Only problem was a sensor needed to be replaced and could eventually cause the car not to run. The sensor was about $50. I asked if they would fix and and they said no. Even offered cash for the car they wouldn't budge down much from the 4-fold profit they were asking for it. These used car dealers in Fort Payne are not worth doing business with. Go somewhere else and save your money and get a better vehicle with a better deal.

These people are snakes! They will put you in death traps. Their words mean nothing liars. Crooks and cheats. Take your money elsewhere you will regret ever doing business with this company! Bad company bad business. Then bait and switched my contact! I voluntarily took it back to them then they sent me a letter saying I'm responsible for any money due after they resale the vehicle I gave back. The owner and employees are shady and are crooks STAY CLEAR!

If I could give them zero stars , I would! They sold us a bad car , it literally broke down the next day .

I would not buy anything from them,had nothing except trouble ..i bought it it sat for weeks with them saying they would come tow it in took a month to fix ,the problem wasnt fixed and a bolt wasnt tightened very dangerouse replaced Battery,2 frount in alignments for three months ive worked on the car and repaired replaced parts and can prove it and they havent offered to take any off or give a break on payments and i ask to speak with owner they hung up ..Calling better business bureau..Hard times and they are racking up on selling junk and recieving down payments

These ppl don't even deserve one star. The check engine light came on my truck the same day I got it. Not to mention the bearings is shot in the ac compressor therefore it sounds like a train coming down the road, their vehicles are junk, save yourselves money, and time.

Bought a car from here about ten years ago. The battery was bad brought it back and they replaced it right away and even replaced the terminals. No charge. I stopped by yesterday and we're very friendly and seem to be willing to work with me. I plan to get a car in the next couple weeks. Seems like a good old fashioned buy here pay here lot.

As a consumer, I have never been disrespected or told to hush in a professional environment. I am in disbelief at the lack of professionalism this shady business has to offer. The car we were sold was having problems, and they were unable to properly fix all of the problems or give us a reason as to why the car was sold to us in the first place. Then we were insulted for “calling everyday” to ask for updates regarding the vehicle. I hope no one else will be fooled by these people. There are plenty of other places to buy a car from. Do not do business here.
