    Every time I have to call customer service they mess something up. They gave me 3 cans, I never realized this till a week later, so I gave them a call, and wanted them to take 1 can, and leave me with 2. I said this 3 times to the lady so she could understand me. Little did I know they took 2, so I find out 2 weeks later after dealing with a sickness, and I asked them to bring 1 back, and if they would charge me for the 2 weeks for the “extra can” since they took it by mistake. The guy tells me “no sorry you didn’t know the extra can was gone till now so you have to pay for it”. Like what kind of a shady business is that. I don’t even care about having to pay for the extra can that I never knew was gone, but I’ve had multiple instances before this where customer service messes up, it’s just ridiculous. They need some people who know what they’re doing.Service: Trash removal & disposal

    We are fairly new customers, if you call this establishment you will sit on hold for a very long time. If it weren't the only game in town I surely wouldn't be a customer. When we signed up we were told we would be receiving recycling bins .after 2 weeks, I sat on hold again to tell them we had no bins, the girl told me they were on order and we should have them by August 15th ,I asked about the recycling I already had and she said they would pick it up,just put it in a separate container. This is the middle of September and we still have no bins and they would Not take the recycling container we put out.I just called them again but the wait time is over 10 minutes. I feel trapped by a garbage service that issues not care about their customers, since they know there is no competition.

    So I missed a payment and they took my garbage cans. We have been using them for 13 years and it is by far not the 1st time I have missed a payment but have never once had my cans picked up. I paid in full today a whopping $121 and will not be able to get replacements for 6 more days. If there were a different company to go thru I would switch. I believe this is their way to make up for lost revenue due to Covid.

    The worst customer service I have experienced. They are quick to take your payment then not get you a garbage can for 2 weeks and counting. Because they cant find time to deliver a can to my house I was told I could put garbage bags at the road and they would still pick it up. I have done that twice and garbage was not picked up. If you are able to use another company for your garbage disposal do it! They are unfortunately my only option and it seems they are taking full advantage of it. I have called the past 4 days in a row and keep getting told "you will have your can tomorrow." Still waiting.

    I have scheduled a trash pick up several times and they are no show every time. We were trying to move out of our house and scheduled a trash pickup for Monday and Tuesday. They didn’t show up for either and advised when we called that the job was marked as “complete.” On a prior requested trash pickup they were a no show (surprise) and when I called to get a status I was told that the trash was picked up. I told the person I was speaking with that it definitely was not, she then asked if people were throwing trash in our cans. Really? Do your job waste management, you guys are embarrassingly bad.

    All other utility services were fast and professional. I've been on hold for more than an hour now and that's after they connected me to an agent without them realizing it, and me having to up after saying "hello" a bunch of times and listening to them do nothing.

    When we first moved into our home it took them 3 weeks before we got a trash can. They then gave us a trash can with a light green recyle lid- we didn't bring it in right away, not 30 mins later a different garbage truck is confussed obviously by the different colored lid, picks up the trash can and takes it!! We call immediately wondering why? We had to keep calling them. No one returned any calls or finished any promises. Needless to say they brought us back the trash can with the wrong lid and the garbage man just "knows to take the trash still". Lazy, bad customer service, and just weird experience.

    My experience in the last month with Waste Management is AWFUL! Driver will not pick up my recycling, and when I call to complain WM tells me that the driver is marking my recycling as "serviced" and picked up. I have called the company 3 times now, and each time there is a promise that somebody local will call me back and tell me what is going on. I have heard NOTHING.Waste Management - you stink and you lie. If I had a choice I'd drop you without a second thought. If you have a choice at all DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    The hardest people to get ahold of, not sure if they're constantly getting calls for complaints or just don't answer. Constantly waiting on them, and when you get ahold of them they very rarely know what to do to help. I have been on hold the entire time I've been typing this complaint up. Awful customer service values.

    Worst service and policies I have ever seen. In the past 5 weeks I have had my garbage picked up one time. When I called about it they said they will try to send someone next week to pick it up. Which is also unacceptable as I now have 8 bags of trash on the ground around my can. I asked if I was still being charged even though pickup has not been attempted on four separate occasions and the customer service gal told me I can't get any of my money back. I told them that I would need to cancel my service if they cannot do what I pay for them to do and customer service told me how to cancel and didn't try to help me at all.These people don't care about their customers or promised commitments. Beware.
