I conveyed to him that the insurance company had secured the appointment and gave Mark the details. He went back in to repair shop and still met resistance. My company truck, trailer & new CRV I was towing were in a collision accident March 24, 2022. I was transported to the hospital and Mark towed them to your yard. We came the next Monday hoping to find my personal things in the smashed truck. I really questioned if I would find anything. Paige was very nice and helped to get us in the yard. Mark immediately found my cell phone, then he found my credit cards. Mark had a great idea to back his tow truck in, hook up a cable hook and stretch open the passenger side cab area to get inside to find my lunch bag with my personal keys and things. These guys are definitely the best! RAD Towing got to us within an hour, we were pretty far away and stranded near Arlington. I would definitely Recommend Rad Towing. Used their services twice and both times they were on time and fortunately got helped both times by Michael the Tow driver and he was super friendly and nice. I don’t wish for my car to ever break down again but at least if it does I know where to call .

I broke down on the blue bridge in high morning traffic (8am) on a freezing, (today) December, Monday, of course, I couldn't think of what to do, so I called Rad tow, they were awesome, Michael called state patrol for me and he arrived in minutes to tow my baby to the shop. Only ones that would even come get my jeep when it went down outside Finley. Used them again when it needed to go to the shop. Needless to say most of the google results for towing companies in the Tri cities are a waste of time, save yourself several rejection phone calls and just call RAD. Michaels a damn good driver.
