Terrible customer service. They placed a dumpster on our property then told us afterwards that it couldn’t be emptied from that location. We missed two pick ups because they didn’t notify us of the issue. We asked for a credit for the month we didn’t get service but was declined. They didn’t want to do anything to show us they actually valued us as a customer. Too big of a company to care about their residential customers. If at all possible avoid using WM and go with a small or local company.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Have had this service for over 20 years and recently cancelled because their fee is more than double competitors. The garbage can has been rescheduled for pick up 3 times now (at their end) and not picked up.

No problem with garbage pickup. That is excellent. But you keep telling me my credit card was rejected. That's ridiculous. None of my creditors have told me this. ONLY YOU. I've tried to call but the hold time is at least 20 minutes before I hang up. Service: House & garage cleanouts

I realize they're doing what corporate has told them so this is not against the workers at all but they open at 8:30 close at 12 for an hour then close at 334 goodthey allowed you to dump for free your recycling but we all know now that recycling ends up in some island in Malaysia so what's the point complaining. This company doesn't even deserve a one star. We stopped service and were told we have to pay a $75 trash can pick up fee .When I originally called not one thing was said about a pick up fee after canceling service.We were told the can would be picked up yesterday and surprise , the can is still sitting in our driveway.

Well let me change my mind. Driver complained about having to pick up extra bags(which we paid extra for). Comes any time between 2 and 4’and doesn’t let us know on a regular basis if not coming until next day. Service: Yard debris removal

This company is the worst. We only used them a week and they charged us almost $200 for one week and during a time of global crisis. They rarely Answer their phones it's so hard to get ahold of them and they raise their rates every 3 months on you. They were late even picking up the trash can and had to use two different trucks and time's to even pick it up. That's why everyone is turning to another trash company.

The loader operator was very rude to my 70 year old grand mother screaming f bombs at the top of his lungs, disrespecting her to the fullest extent. This shows low quality service and really shows who and what works there. Her chain came off her trailer while getting on the weigh scale due to it being so low. It was explained to the man who caused the scene but apparently he didn’t care. This is a disgrace! No one needs to go through this over some small incident that was unavoidable BY A 70 year old lady. Wouldn’t recommend. Not a family friendly place to go.

my husband and I moved to the area two weeks ago. We requested service for curbside pick up about 10 days ago. A garbage can was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago, and when it was not I called to ask what had happened. The woman told me it would be delivered the next day. It was not. I called the day after and asked why a trash can had not been delivered to us and the woman told me that it had been delievered. I went outside to double check and lo and behold: no trash can! So then she told me that if a can is not delivered a week from now to set my garbage out on the street not in a container and they will still pick it up. My problem with that? We live in the woods. Tons of raccoons and other little animals that would feast on our garbage. Our trash is really starting to pile up and I am very frustrated.
