A+ customer service! Logan responded to all my questions patiently and very quickly, my parts were shipped from Ontario to BC within a week, very well packaged. The smaller parts were sealed in a separate bag, everything was as described and fitted perfectly.If I didn't live in BC I'd definitely come here all the time, highly recommended.

I was in search of a front diff for my Tahoe. These guys gave me a great price, verified my axle ratio, and shipped the unit to my doorstep within a week. That was over a year ago and she's still running strong.

Years ago I had my doubts about this place because every time I called up they would never have the part I was looking for. But now I think things have changed they have some really great deals there especially on Tires and Batteries. I hear they also will sell you a whole car sometimes. The employees behind the counter are great a very helpful. The problem with a transmission and they took care of it promptly. It would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for used parts tires batteries or even a vehicle

Friendly knowledgeable staff. The willingness to help me find the right parts for my car was simply above and beyond. My little guy loved watching the mechanics in the garage and the owner took some time to explain to him what was happening in the garage and brought us out to see some of the equipment..

I ordered a full assembly side mirror. When the part arrived I took it to the body shop to get it swapped, the body shop found out that the motor from Woodbeck isn't working so they swapped the motors (I only needed the outer assembly, my motor was working fine). I incurred additional cost for the motor swap. When I called Logan to figure out a resolution he told me he needed the whole part for a refund without trying to come up with a resolution.Thanks for your reply, but this assembly was serviceable as the body shop was able to swap my original motor with the broken motor you guys sold me. Hence why I am not able to send back the full assembly. I am more than happy to send you guys back the broken motor you guys sold me for a partial refund as I still used the housing.

Parts/service people are not the nicest and do not make you feel very welcome however they were able to order me a used part in over night. The condition was rough looking but functional and price was reasonable. I wouldn't go out of your way to do business here again, but if you need parts these guys can help.

I ordered parts and it took them over 5 days to come in when they said it would take 3 and I had to miss work, when I called to find out what was happening they said it had "fallen off the truck at the depot and lost the tag". Other parts places I can get parts the next day or the same afternoon. Sad!! Nobody offered a discount for my troubles, I'll look everywhere else before I purchase anything from Woodbecks Auto.

I thought I needed a starter for my 2005 Ford. They had one on the shelf, came with Warranty for less than half the price of a new one, so I bought it. However it turned out I didn't need it. They took it back with a full refund. Friendly knowledgeable staff.
