Avoid One Clinton Park at all costs. This building markets itself as “luxury,” but the reality is filthy elevators with dog urine, dog waste in common areas, trash piling up because residents leave it in rooms instead of using the chute, and even rodents on the premises. It’s unacceptable for a building at this price point. Management is unprofessional and ineffective. Complaints go nowhere, communication is poor, and building rules (including no smoking) are barely enforced. Security is questionable. Despite having a doorman, access control feels loose and inconsistent. You’re required to pay for valet parking, yet there are already complaints about vehicle damage. Paying extra for a service residents don’t fully trust is frustrating. One of the photos I’m posting shows a visible federal law enforcement presence at the property. Regardless of the reason, that kind of activity does not inspire confidence or peace of mind for residents. Don’t be fooled by the aesthetics. There are a ton of other brand new buildings nearby with great promotions, save yourself from stress!

My husband and I had the pleasure of touring with Marleny & she was phenomenal! She was very welcoming allowing us to really experience One Clinton without feeling rushed or like this was purely transactional. That day she patiently answered all my questions with care and consideration. But most impressive is when I called back with additional queries, she was attentive and detailed with a great sense of humor making me feel reassured. We loved the apartment layouts and amenities. It felt like a warm community in the brief interactions I had with future neighbors. Fingers crossed this will be a wonderful place to live for the next two years!

My partner and I came in to meet with a leasing agent, and unfortunately the experience was bad from beginning to end. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were interrupting her. She asked what we were there to see and we explained, but the entire interaction felt rushed. She quickly walked us through the amenities, and it honestly felt like we were sprinting through the tour. There was no time to really look around or ask questions. She showed us a model apartment, then took us down to validate our parking and that was it. At no point did we sit down to discuss pricing, availability, or any next steps, which is something I would expect when touring a property. The whole experience felt very impersonal and unwelcoming. As potential renters ready to spend our money, we expected a much more professional and engaging experience. Unfortunately, because of how this visit went, we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.
