Highly recommend! Transparent, efficient, no-nonsense shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff who go above and beyond, offer reasonable prices, and a clean waiting area with several drink and snack options. Well worth the drive from Albany for a stress-free experience. Online booking was easy, and when I arrived for the appointment, they got my car right in at the scheduled time and assessed it to make sure I actually needed the work the dealership had recommended. While working on my car, they notified me that one of the studs was previously cross-threaded, took the time to show me a picture, and helped me understand the situation. They were able to repair the threads on the stud and install a new lug nut free of charge, exceeding expectations. Overall, the service was much faster than bringing it to the dealership. I’ll absolutely be back, and I couldn’t recommend QuickServ more.

Quick Serve provides 5 star service every day. I recently had a challenging oil leak on my 2011 Volvo XC 60 and they found the problem with a stick mirror. They actually showed me the issue. A detailed estimate was provided which was very reasonable. There was a more pricier option that they could have done but recommended the more viable option which they thought would fix my issue. Issue resolved and car no longer leaks and runs great! Haley and Fred are very friendly to deal with and keep you updated as needed. Highly recommend Quick Serv. Reasonable and Reliable!

These guys are great. I had a driveability concern that 3 other shops could not diagnose. They started with some very basic stuff and fixed my issue for a reasonable price. Other mechanics wanted to throw thousands of dollars worth of parts or even a new engine at the car. Turned out to be a simple fix.
