I will never go here again. I will wait until literally anywhere else has what I need, before I come back to this place. You get a completely different answer from each employee you talk to. Asked if they could use their machine to help carry out a truck rear axle once I removed it. I was told that they only do that for engines and transmissions, and to use the wheelbarrow. Once I finally got it to the checkout, another employee saw and asked why I didn’t come get them so they could help bring it out. One of the employees is exceptionally grumpy and rude. He told me he could charge me for the brake lines on an axle if he wanted to, but wasn’t going to. Just for reference, they were RUSTY and CRUSTY ORIGINAL steel brake lines on a 26 year old axle. The yard is a mud pit, and there’s broken glass everywhere. There’s parts laying everywhere that you have to walk around or step over.

Buyer Beware: Deceptive sales tactics 1) You will automatically be charged a six month extended warranty without your knowledge, 2) Unless you pay cash, there are no refunds. You will be given a receipt that reads refund, but the funds are never returned to your account. 3) Stay away from this place, it's not worth the time or energy to walk through the front door.

I’ve been coming here for almost 8 years, but things have gone downhill fast under the new ownership. Their attitude is terrible and customer service is basically nonexistent. Prices have nearly tripled in the last couple of years, and they’re not even clear about what they charge. If you’re thinking of saving money by pulling your own parts — don’t. You’ll likely pay the same or even less for new parts elsewhere. This place has turned into highway robbery.
