Very disappointing and stressful experience. The dealer sold me a bus claiming it was a 2012, but it turned out to be a 2010. This information was hidden from me, and because of that mistake, I could not register the vehicle. They kept my documents for three months, promising to resolve the issue, while I was left without a usable vehicle. On top of that, they charged me taxes and assured me I would not owe anything at the DMV. That was not true — I was charged again during registration. This experience involved misinformation, delays, and unnecessary financial loss. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious.

Customers beware! Had a flat tire, just needed air. Called the closest garage to me, about 15 minutes away. Was told a half hour wait; guy showed up an hour later (he was nice). He didn't have enough air in his compressor tank to fully fill my tire. When I called about being charged for this or at least a discount,... Nope. He was told to return & refill his tank and I would wait another 45 minutes to an hour to have my tire filled. Obviously all about money for this company and nothing to do with customer experience. Do NOT use this business! Not to mention almost $100 just for air in my tire!

These guys are absolutely fantastic!! We stopped in on valentine's day for a simple purchase of a battery. The son of the owner saw that it was only 2 years old, at which point he insisted on testing it; rather than having us buy a new battery. Turns out my battery is just fine. They could have taken our money for a battery purchase, but instead gave us good advice. The family was extremely personable and we left with a sense of trust. I will go there for repairs moving forward. TRUST is key nowadays when it comes to mechanic. #loyal customers from now on
