Bought a duramax engine. They said they tested it and everything was good with it. I bought it and installed it. Come to find out that the number 5 cylinder was dead. Not compression. After taking it back to the junk yard. The one guy told me when they tested it. It was smoking. The replacement engine they tried giving me was never tested. Also the injector lines were broken. At that point the customer service went down hill. Everyone had an aditude with me. Before I went to exchange the engine. I asked if I need to bring anything. Alex told me just bring the engine back and they will switch them out. Now all of a sudden when they need to give me a refund. I needed the receipt. Just beware of buying from here. You will get an aditude if you try to get stuff warrantied. To your response. You tried to give me a completely untested engine. The injector lines were broken. I brought it up to the guy that was loading it and he told me to go talk to alex. Which dissappear from the front desk. And you have no idea what the miles were on the engine. You told me you didnt have the keys and couldn't get the dash turned on. So how did you check the milage. Also when I talked to Alex on the phone before I brought the engine back. He was very short with me on the phone. I asked if I need to bring anything with me for the return. He said just the engine. Then when I get there. He all of a sudden needs a receipt. Luckily I had it still in the truck. He knew I drove over an hour to pick this up. Im also wondering why I wasn't told that the original engine was smoking when I originally picked it up. I was told after I brought it back that it smoked when you test ran it. Can you answer these questions? Im sure you wont since it took 3 weeks to respond the the original review.

This place deserves no stars the young Mexican man thats stay at the front desk sold me a bad transmission which was cracked and scrapped and when I drive down the road to the mechanic the mechanic with his own bare eyes without taking it out my suv said that the transmission wall frame was cracked and that he ain't gonna touch it to take it back and get a new one or my money back. I come back and the man tell me no that he can't take it back and that I can't get my money back. So I called the cops and they finally want to take the part back and said he will give me my money back. Point being they tried to pull a fast one on me.
