I was donating two vehicles to the junk yard and had them scheduled for pick up today however due to rain there were delays I had called in the morning around 8:30 and was told that it would be today but they weren't sure of what time that they had one wrecker on the road I then called back nearly 3 hours later asking the same question the woman on the phone hung up on me. I called back and her response was yeah it raining we won't be there today like you could have said that to begin with. Then she followed up with if we arent moving fast enough you can call someone else again. Not what I was saying I just wanted to know when they were coming. Cannot believe how rude this person is.

Bought a engine from them and should have knew when took a week to get it pulled I should have went else where. So gat it and gat it ready to install took intake off and seen neon green slime in one head in the inside corner and the only spot in whole system with it. Looked closer and it is block sealer. Head was cracked.. so I was like I don't have another week are two to wait on them to get another engine out so took heads off engine I was replacing and then new one from here and found more problems with timing chain and guides. So bout all new timing now mind you we paid 600$ for this engine that would have never ran. I was well thought doing them a favor to by using my parts to go ahead andmake customer happy n them not have to refund the whole amount. And only asked if they could provide new head bolts and oil pump. Was told no cause voided the warranty on a engine that I saved them time and money on. How is that good business when won't even show any understanding and just hides behind a warranty that really ant that it's a return policy. So if want bad customer service there the place to go

The ol Man has been a great help for me many times. Great heart ,honest . May not have what you need but it is definitely worth the time to check it out .I have been blessed with his knowledge and have found many fixes*for my older vehicles* with the help from his yard since 1999.
