My husband, his father and family has been going to 419 scrapyard for many years. We went there about 3 months ago and weight was taken away from us. We find out later that the scale was messed up. But we lost. Today we went there and our sheet aluminum was weighed out to 200lbs even. We knew this was wrong because My husband and I loaded the aluminum. We told the scale worker that we were putting our metal back on the truck and weighing it at the precious metal scale. It weighed out 100lbs more. Then the burley guy came over to the the scale and started spewing out orders instead of helping them to fix the problem. Who gave him the authority to act as if it were his scrap yard. You two need to remain aware of what you are doing and if you are doing anything to hinder your conduct, it must stop. We knew that the metal was estimated. But it was everyone else fault because we wanted it re-weighed. Thats how the problem was treated. If someone took money from their checks, they would be knocking the door down to the office!! This scrapyard was there long before the him and will be there long after him. Just do not cheat us of our money. If you don't feel up to doing the job right, move aside and let someone else have the job that need it.There is no time for flexing. Only the owner can do this and he has never mistreated us
