I called this business specifically to confirm parts availability and was told the part was available and that I should drive to a location they directed me to. That information turned out to be completely inaccurate. The location I was sent to did not have the part, did not have engines in the vehicles at all, and denied the pricing information I was given over the phone. I drove nearly an hour (including toll roads) based entirely on the information provided by this company. If you cannot verify inventory or locations accurately, you should not be directing customers to drive long distances. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
