I originally called AAA for help because I accidentally locked my keys in my car during a downpour. The first guy came, couldn’t get into the car, and marked the job as complete without helping. I was so frustrated. Then I called directly to get a quote, and the woman I spoke with was amazing !!! as soon as I explained what happened, she sent someone right out. I’ve honestly never experienced customer service this good. Doug, the tow truck driver, was professional, fast, and so kind, especially given the weather. I’m super grateful for how quickly and kindly they handled everything. Highly recommend this company…….. they really go above and beyond!

Anthony was incredibly helpful! My car actually wasn’t towed to this yard .. I thought it was, but Anthony at the front desk went above and beyond to guide me through how to retrieve it from the other tow yard. He advised me to contact AAA because I could not drive my car off of the lot and thanks to his help, my car was ultimately redirected from AAA back to Quealy’s for tow service. Throughout the entire process, he kept me updated and made sure I understood every step.. contacted me when my car was being picked up, when my car was halfway out and as my car was being dropped off. Getting towed is never fun, but the exceptional customer service made all the difference.

this place is absolutely terrible. an absolute predatory towing company. do not call them for help. they didn’t properly tow my vehicle and my transmission is is shot and they refused to give me their insurance information. they also provided no pictures of before or after. maura healy and the state uses them as a predatory towing company. DO NOT SUPPORT
