Picked up a passenger seat that was marked $33.48, but at checkout the price suddenly jumped to $90. When I asked the employee, Shawn, to explain the price difference, he threw the receipt on the counter and began mumbling instead of giving a clear answer. During the interaction, he was picking bloody scabs off his face, which was extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable, especially in a customer service setting. When I asked again about the price, I was told they charge for each component of the seat separately—something that was never disclosed when the item was priced. Overall, the experience was rude, unprofessional, and unhealthy. I left the seat and will not be returning. And yes it was at Polk County Pick & Pay 7623 US Hwy 98 N, Lakeland, FL 33809. On Sunday March 1,2026. Check your cameras you'll see your employee picking bloody scabs of his face and them handing paper recipe to customers unhealthy. And made also made a complaint to the state of Florida for your bait and switch practice, highly illegal by the way. Whoever reads this and has similar experience report to the state they will eventually get them. Carlos C

I don't recommend this business. You are charged a fee to enter the property. $3 for each person. This is a thing nowadays?? A fee to tour the salvage yard They don't inform you in advance that they charge a warranty fee for each item you purchase. This should be explained at checkout with option to decline. ASK if people want the warranty or not don't add fees it's shady!! No refunds only exchanges if part doesn't work under warranty, better hope there is another replacement available or credit only after. I will stick with Ebay Motors for my parts. Most vendors offer refunds and free returns for non-working items. Disappointing Experience!

Drove 20 minutes to go get Used bumper. spent 45 minutes, removing the bumper and the bumper had rust and Not in perfect condition at all. And they told me the price! Same exact price as a brand new bumper shipped to my door! Staff is friendly but prices are almost not worth it.
