A mid 40’s dark haired lady working the ticket counter sitting down was extremely rude. I was there last week. She yelled over the speaker to customers like she’s important. This place has 2.9 stars for a reason, that lady needs to go. She must be replaced for this place can return back to normal. Looking at the reviews, it appears that I’m not the only one talking about her.

Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They are rude from the moment you walk in. worst part is they quote super low prices. Was quoted $3.15 per pound for #2 copper. Went to a place called All Florida Scrap Metals. Inc and was paid $3.42. No wonder they get so many bad reviews.

See some complaints that employees here aren't friendly and the prices aren't fair, and this was not the case for me. Interacted with three different employees and they all treated me with care. We dropped off an aluminum hurricane shutter from our front door and they gave us $32 in cash.
