I'm leaving my comment here to see if they'll take any action regarding this Copart. Apparently, there are many negative comments, and the situation isn't improving at all. I think it's getting worse every day. Going to load here is a complete waste of time. The forklift operators are used to being paid by some carriers to get their trucks out first, which means other drivers who don't fall for these scams have to wait for hours after their scheduled appointments. I hope they do something urgently and stop playing with people's time and patience

I had a pretty good experience with Copart North Miami/Opa-Locka on today. Everyone was courteous and patient; and, they had me out of there in a little over an hour (sold my car). I think the secret is to go on a non-auction day because the office was pretty chill when I was there.

Terrible customer service they don't care about your time as a customer at all be prepared to wait for awhile for the easiest things.
