After such a horrific car crash Troy provided such great service alleviating all the additional stress that came with sourcing for a Salvage person to pick the car up from the tow storage. He arranged to personally bring my payment to me and pick up the title along with bringing some personal items I requested he retrieve from the vehicle. He provided a great service to me in my time of need. Troy is very personable and friendly, did not get to meet Patrick who picked up the vehicle however he appeared to be friendly as well.
