I can't give 0 stars? lol... this business is a scam. I spoke with the business owner John and we agreed to meet up to junk my car. He offered to give me $500 which was $100 more than the other companies were offering so i decided to take him up on it. The first day we agreed and confirmed to meet up at 9pm and he didn't show up. I kept calling him and he did not answer. The next day i called him again and he said the phone lines went down last night and he wasn't able to get one of his guys to pick up my car and he assured me that he would send someone tonight so I agreed to meet for a second time. He stood me up again. I called him and no response. I decided to pass by the business to speak with him in person only to find a closed UPS STORE. (as seen on the picture below) Why would he lie and not show up two days in a row? Well my car was towed and he knew every night the car sleeps at the towing place it's another $20 out of my pocket. My thoughts? They may have a deal with the towing company. I am only writing this review to warn others to beware of these scammers. Proceed at your own risk.

All I can say, they are the best junk car buyer in Miami. Very fast and gives me a great quote for my car. Very professional & nice driver who came to get my car. Stay true to their word. Definitely check them out.

Excellent Customer service! Came out in a timely fashion. Paid me the price that was agreed upon over the phone. No bait and switch. Will recommend them to anyone.
