It was so loud, I couldn’t hear nor understand what the employees were saying. Also the employees were helping other people who got there after I did which they didn’t care. They also told me I needed a membership to sell aluminum cans, which I have never heard of and there weren’t any signs around mentioning this. I will not come back here again.

Inconvenient trying to be convenient, no pricelist on the website, take a picture and submit it to get a quote in my opinion us useless and too much. When most people just want to know the price per pound for a specified scrap metal. There's not even an option to give you that choice to inquire such.

The customer service at this location was incredibly rude and disrespectful. The woman at the counter had an attitude that was uncalled for and unprofessional. It’s frustrating to be treated that way, especially when others are doing the hard work and ypure sitting in the A/C. I hope the management addresses this behavior. This will be the last time I visit this location. I expect better, and I'm extremely disappointed in the experience I had today.
