⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Lifesavers! I was stranded on the side of the highway for almost two hours after another towing company claimed they were sending a driver but never showed up. They kept putting me on hold and never gave me any updates. I was stressed, stuck, and honestly didn’t know what to do next. I decided to call Broward Towing, and the difference was night and day. They picked up immediately, were professional, and sent a driver right away. Jake, the driver, showed up in less than 20 minutes. He was friendly, respectful, and knew exactly what to do. He got my vehicle loaded quickly and safely, and he made the whole situation way less stressful. I’m extremely grateful for the fast service and professionalism. I recently needed my car towed to my home from a Tires Plus that was 4.1 miles away. A couple of tow companies I contacted were saying it would cost a minimum of $200.00. I then contacted Broward Towing & Recovery dispatch & was quoted a price for under $100. I received a return call from John the driver as soon as I hung up with dispatch. Not only was he respectful & patient on the phone with me by explaining what he'd be doing & answering all my questions. That when he arrived he was very professional & friendly as well. John at Broward Towing & Recovery is definitely someone I would recommend when you need assistance.
