dispatch is rude and disrespectful. i watch my neighbors call and tow vehicles park in emergency area all the time and today you don’t feel like doing your job or making money. trashy. rude. hope 911 can’t get to an emergency and it’s bc of u.

This is nothing short of a nightmare dealing with this company. Would not wish it on anyone. They could not care less about anything but money. Service in return for ones hard earned money is nowhere to be found when dealing with this company.

The dispatch was rude and wasn’t helpful. I called right after my car was towed and they refused to release it I’m gonna call and speak to manager but rightfully they suppose to release vehicle an hour after if called. This was right after this was done …..calling first thing in morning to get it back. Also when I called they were closed. Then first they said 182 and then there’s a gate fee after I called the second time all the sudden there’s a gate fee.
