Sheila has the worst customer service. She yells at people. She doesn't follow-up with what she says she's going to do. She is the most nastiest person to be answering your phone service. One of your trucks damaged the hood of my car and the windshield. Sheila continues to say that her manager does what he wants and he doesn't have to come in and inform me to call back during the New Year. My car got damaged on December 20 seventh, Wednesday morning about 9 AM. The side of the truck has Jordan on it in green letters. Sheila tried to tell me that it was from debris on the road when debri. She can't Dent you're hood and windshield. And I clearly saw it fall out of the man's truck because the truck was overloaded and the lid would not close on top properly. No one has cold me back and when I've returned phone calls. I've been polite to confirm my telephone number and name an information would be passed down. I get scream dat and the phone on answered. I would really like to speak to the owner and resolve this issue and bring call 2 as attention to attitude that his associate has at the counter answering the main phone.

I have dealt with Big Iron a lot . They are very professional and gets the job done in a timely manner. We had 4 tanks that had to be removed that were 14 foot in diameter and 40 foot tall I was amazed at how fast they were done with the tank removal. What I thought would take a week was done in two days JR, Ernie and Eric are who I dealt with. If you need any scrap work that needs to be done they are the best I wouldn't look any where else.

Ernie is a pretty good guy to do business with. Helped me when I had to do a huge remodel with my company and was able to help dispose of all the trash and metals in a fast and timely manner. The boys at the yard are great with their knowledge of inventory and always willing to lend a hand to load up! I look forward to doing business in the near future with these guys!
