We needed our van towed to a dealership. Our insurance handled acquiring a company for us. We sent a text saying they would arrive anytime between 1-61 minutes. At 60 minutes we received a text saying 45 minutes. After waking almost 2 hours, I called and they said another 45 minute wait. I canceled!! I called another towing company and they were able to get us in 15 minutes.
