The service was excellent, and I was very impressed with their promptness. They even sent a courtesy text message just minutes before their arrival, which was incredibly helpful. My cars battery was dead. We called a truck cause we thought we needed a tow. Turns out we just needed a jump. Not a tow. They charged my dad $120. Which we were told was the same price as a tow. For less than 1 minute of their time. I called just to ask why it was so expensive and a crotchety old woman answered the phone and when I started explaining everything, she told me to calm down and stop yelling,I wasn’t yelling? I was just asking for clarification and she proceeded to tell me how I’m yelling at her, again, and I was like I’m not but OK. she checked with her driver everything that I said happened did happen. She got back on the phone and was even RUDER to me and I was like look can I just have a manager and she told me she was part owner and started telling me how much all of her trucks cost which I understand it’s a business I get that but to charge somebody $120 for one minute of their time is insane and then to be so rude to a customer who just paid you and then at the end she just hung up on me I’ve seen other reviews that say she’s extremely nasty and I would absolutely stay away from this company. I would never use them ever again. And I will tell do know how nasty the lady that answers their phones is.

Had to get my car towed from home to the repair shop and Seminole Towing & Recovery made it easy. Dispatch responded quickly, and Stephen, my driver, showed up fast and handled everything smoothly. Great service all around—quick, professional, and fairly priced. I’d definitely use them again.
