Their ratings are already garbage so I'm not sure they even care about their reviews however I would like to tell MY experience. The front desk women are rude and mean! We've had 2 cars that had to be totaled out through copart and it was nothing short of a disaster every time. They don't document anything so when you speak to a new person, they have absolutely no idea what's going on so they often speak out of misinformation. I wish our insurance would use ANYONE else at this rate. If you have the choice, use anyone else.

Don't do any businesses with this company except if you have to! Their front desk is way understaffed takes hours to get to you, they make so many mistakes on the title works and it takes months to fix them if they do! Their call center is abroad. Good luck to understaffed them! Colorado Department of Revenue should get on their case for not not delivering CORRECT titles in a timely manner!

We showed up shortly after 8 AM, and Ireland let us know that their systems were down. Terrible way to start the day, and we had driven almost an hour to get there. We just needed to drop off a title and Ireland made sure to take a copy, she signed and dated it, and sure enough by the end of the day our insurance company had been made aware that the title had been signed over. This was quick and easy.
