I had a flat tire and Gardens Towing was there in about 30 minutes, speedy by other response standards. I accessed them through BMW roadside assistance. Charles arrived and quickly put the “donut” tire on. He was pleasant, effective and speedy. I highly recommend his company and him!

Christopher who was truck operator was very professional and friendly. Prompt and careful/safe service to pick up my all wheel drive vehicle from a parking garage and get it to the dealership for repairs. Highly recommend this company.

Update: I emailed the business twice and received no response, despite the concern shown in their public review replies. ************ I had a very stressful experience at this towing company. The employee tried to charge me for an extra day before a full day had passed. She accepted my cash, then at the last minute returned some money, stating she was giving me a break, but claimed I still owed more, all while using distracting and confusing tactics that made it very hard to follow the transaction. I also attempted to pay by check, as their website clearly states is accepted, but she refused outright. Her behavior felt unprofessional and manipulative, leaving me concerned about whether the correct amounts were being handled. I strongly advise anyone using this company to watch every step carefully and double-check what they are paying.
