MIKE IS AN ABSOLUTE LIFESAVER!! My husband and kids were stranded at Kroger today when our car died and no other tow company answered their phone except for J&M! Mr. Mike came to the rescue and he was so QUICK!! He took the time to help my husband figure out what was happening with the car and that alone saved us HUNDREDS in mechanic diagnostic fees.
