We are visiting St. Augustine and some of the downtown streets were flooded and our vehicle stalled. JD was amazing and very helpful. After he got our car on his bed he took us back to the office so we could request an Uber. He was so friendly and patient with us. As terrible as the experience was, JD was the bright spot.

I called my insurance company for a tow. The order was sent to Klett Automotive Group DBA Olde Towne Towing. I was provided updates with the status of the pickup. When the time stated 20 minutes, I prepared for the pickup. 10 minutes later, I received a notification the pickup was adjusted for 77 minutes. When I called for an explanation I was advised that they don't provide up[dates, those come from the Insurance company. I contacted the insurance company and they stated the updates come from the towing company. there were no other solutions except wait until Olde Towne showed up. 2 1/2 hours after the original request and 30 minutes after the original promise, Olde Towne cancelled the tow. Now I have to wait another 90 minutes for the new company to show up. i understand delays happen. Own them. Proactively call and acknowledge the mishap. I do not recommend.

Jason really came through for us today. We were on the way to my uncles Funeral in SC (already a tough day), and a massive rock disabled our car along with at least 1 or 2 others. We were some 80 miles away from home and there were only a couple tow companies around. 1 wasn't answering, 1 was trying to charge us double the price because we were in such need, but MY MAN JASON!!!! This guy is a true life savor. He was already on a call, but noticed it was in our direction towards Orlando so he picked us up within 30 minutes and took us home!! At a fraction of what the other company was trying to rip us for. He will go back to get the car this evening, but most importantly my wife and I are off of the side of I-95 and safe at home! I wish I could do something for Jason and Olde Town Towing in return, and I hope that all of our reviews we can find places to leave will be a good start! Thank you so much Jason and Olde Town Towing!!! We just can't express how grateful we are!
