SCAM AND SHADY PLACE. This place does not even deserve a 1 star but -ve 5 stars or more. My insurance arranged them to pick up my car at 2:34 PM. on November 21. The dispatcher called me at 3:35 PM and said they would be arriving within 45 minutes. The destination body shop closes at 5PM. The body shop went as far as having someone stay there for me until 6PM. I called several times and nobody would answer. When I called from a different phone, they answered at 5PM and says that I got to wait another hour. If you are not able to come, let the person know; or atleast pick up the phone and let the person know. As proof here is a picture of the call log from my phone. What kind of shady crap is being run by this place. They definitely need to be shut down.

Very friendly and professional people. My friends car was towed here after an accident and I wanted it towed to my shop. Steve said he's not sure he can bring it to Brooklyn but he came thru and was very fair. There's a reason Progressive called this company A+
