I would caution others before doing business here. I purchased a battery for my BMW i3 because they assured me they could handle a mobile installation around my schedule. They have nothing but five star reviews because they are all fabricated. I explained multiple times that I would not be home until after 5:30 PM due to work. Despite this, Brandon arrived early while I was still at work. I called back and spoke to him directly and even sent a text that I would not be home until 6 PM, to which he responded “OK.” After I got home, I waited over two hours with no communication. My calls and texts were ignored until after 8 PM, when he finally responded because I threatened to call the police for theft of my battery. To which he said saying he was “on another job.” and didn’t know that I was trying to reach him, which is untrue because I have screenshots of all of my messages where I texted him and after each message. It shows as read. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating. A simple update would have avoided the issue. Instead, I was left waiting for hours for a service I had already paid for. I eventually asked for the battery to be returned to the store so I could seek a refund. To which he responded that I would have to come tomorrow at 8 AM when they reopen. Overall, the experience was stressful and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this business based on my experience.
