So this what happened to me going to mass today, my care and I got into a ditch. I called my insurance company GEICO to see if they can cover it to my surprise they said no sir that your problem not ours. So I call a great towing company name CAR STORE HERE IN WINTER GARDEN, and I spoked to great people over the line and said that VANESSA WILL BE RIGHT THERE TO HELP ME OUT. Let me tell you she is a working girl and know her stuff and got my car out of the ditch. They were amazing and the price was good too. Have you ever in a ditch call these people they’re great and there all EX NEW YORKERS they don’t play they work n get stuff done right.

Ryan, from the Minneola location, was a big help to my mother last week when her car suddenly lost power. After towing her car to the nearest dealer, he made sure the service people addressed the issue as soon as they could (and not 5 hours later like they originally said). When I arrived to pick her up, she was a lot calmer. We're very thankful for your professionalism and compassion!

Not exactly thrilled to ever give five stars to a company that tows in our inner HOA community for street parking… however..,… Credit where credit is due. Regardless of how chaotic or “creative” HOA boards can be, this company showed real morals and good faith by not towing during the holidays, giving residents peace of mind to enjoy family gatherings without added stress. That matters. One simple phone call with the owner brought more reassurance than anything we received from our HOA. Because of that conversation, our board ultimately issued a memo to all residents in the community announcing a temporary suspension of towing for the holidays entirely due to the towing company’s good faith. When the HOA didn’t give us peace of mind, this company did. And for that, they’ve earned this five-star review. Thank you for choosing people over pressure this Christmas.
