The Tire Choice on Colonial was a bad experience. The Mgr. Q was not transparent, did not communicate well regarding options relating to my vehicle, made me feel dismissed, and lied to me. His assistant Jordyn was awesome, caring and helped as much as possible. The District Mgr had to get involved. They are all well aware of this repair. The shop I was finally sent to was awesome and went above and beyond to remedy Q's mistakes.
