Our fleet vehicle was totalled. The at fault driver's insurance was processing the settlement. They low ball offered us an outrageous number. We denied this and were in the midst of disputing the amount with our insurance company. Meanwhile IAA was contacted by the inurance company to sell the vehicle as "abondonded"... How are you able to take ownership of a vehicle that I just renewed the registration, still paying insurance on and never signed over ownership? I called and spoke with them, but all they told me was to call the insurance company. Seems like some very shady loopholes this company and insurance companies have found.

The worst yard I’ve ever dealt with. They made me wait an entire day for nothing. The staff is completely incompetent and unprofessional.

After reading the reviews I felt the need to write one as well. Fred Morgan and crew do a great job at scheduling, dispatching and prepping vehicles for sale. As for others complaining about hold time for call in, yes it may be long however its a small branch with limited personnel. If you opt to email they will respond to you. I appreciate the service and thanks for handling our vehicles.
