⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Mike Saved the Day! What started as a simple airport pickup turned into a full-blown parking lot spectacle when our Tesla Model X decided to go into protective mode after we accidentally drove through deeper water than expected. The car completely shut down in the Punta Gorda Airport short-term parking lot… right as I stopped to pick up my husband. To make matters more exciting, we were parked perfectly perpendicular, blocking two other cars in. Our Tesla wouldn’t go into neutral, so we couldn’t move it an inch. Meanwhile, cars started stacking up behind us, drivers were giving us the look, and a few even started going the wrong way through the lot. Instant traffic jam. Not exactly the airport pickup we had planned. Then Mike from Trident Towing & Recovery showed up like a hero in a flatbed. Honestly, we had no idea how he was going to get a tow truck through the chaos, let alone load a disabled Tesla that wouldn’t move. But Mike handled it like a total pro. He was friendly, upbeat, calm, and laser-focused, with a true “no problem, we’ve got this” attitude. Within minutes he had everything under control and got our car loaded safely. Mike turned a stressful and slightly embarrassing situation into something we can actually laugh about now. Professional, skilled, and genuinely kind. 10/10 recommend Trident Towing & Recovery — and if you get Mike, you’re in the best hands possible.

We had to call Tesla Roadside Assistance after discovering something lodged in our tire. We were initially told it would take about 75 minutes for a tow truck to arrive, but Mike from Trident Towing showed up in just 41 minutes. He was prompt, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. He quickly and carefully loaded our vehicle and delivered it to Tesla without a hitch. Mike truly went above and beyond, and I can’t recommend Trident Towing highly enough for anyone in need of fast, reliable, and courteous service.

They were amazing. It was estimated an hour. Our service tech was there in 30 mins. He was very fast and very nice. The flat tire was because a truck had dropped some lumber with nails still in it. I was just going onto I75 from Palm Beach Blvd when I heard a bang and the lumber kick up under my car. I’m lucky it didn’t damage anything else.
