Management, please take note: your assistant manager, Eric, deserves the most highest rewards and recognition for his performance today. The only one behind the counter, before 9 AM, with a steady stream of customers preventing him from changing out my battery under warranty, this young man was able to maintain his cool, as he respectfully attended to the customers, knowing I had been waiting for quite some time. Now, he did tell me that I was able to take it to a different location, but I needed to stay. Eric checked in with me, as I waited, to remind me that he knew I was there, and he would be with me when he could. In fact, he treated me to a drink from the cooler for my patience. He allowed me to use the restroom, and did his best to help me feel like my situation mattered, while he had to do his best with a steady stream of customers. He called for back up and got to my battery. He did a thorough job of checking everything and making sure the battery was properly installed. In fact, at one point, he joined a call with me to my Mechanic. This guy is an asset and a huge value to anyone who wants to see his potential. Not only was he completely even-tempered, he was sincere and polite. Management: please do what you can to recognize Eric‘s incredible dedication to your store and his true passion for auto mechanics.

he staff member was super helpful and friendly during my visit. This store was organized and very clean. I was surprised that this location maintains a large inventory of car batteries, which was my expectation for a dedicated auto parts store.
