Went in knowing it was going to take awhile because I had a decent amount of work needed…6hrs later I’ve had it. The front desk guy was incredibly unhelpful. And turns out my car was already parked and ready for me for who knows how long because no one told me. For what they actually did to my car did not warrant 6hrs wait. To their credit, they are reasonably priced. But Jesus have better communication so that your front desk guy actually has information for your customers

I came in for a tire alignment. asked if they could do an oil change and was really impressed with how quick and efficient the service was. The price was very reasonable, called someone else in town. They were three times more expensive. I dropped a commercial vehicle off at 9:30 in the morning. It was done by 2:30.. The staff was clear, honest, and professional. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking into for reliable and trustworthy auto service!

I went to get a sensor replaced and he ended up changing my spark plugs without my consent. He then tried to charge me for the spark plugs. I told him I never requested that service and wouldn’t pay for it. He then told me to return the spark plugs which would end up leaving me without spark plugs. I didn’t agree so he then cursed at me and threw the cash back at me. In a separate case he sold a relative a car. The cars transmisión went out within a week of them having it. He then charged them 3k to replace it. Since purchasing it they’ve added 2500 in repairs and now the transmisión is about to go out again. Avoid this place at all cost. Very unprofessional, scheming, lying mechanic and untrustworthy.
