Larry at this location was so helpful and knowledgeable. Every customer he spoke to, he was professional, succinct, and efficient. He was helpful on the phone and a person with my unique needs. The location was clean, maintained, and smelled great. It was a quick, easy, and not daunting experience due to the staff. They made a bad day better. Would 10/10 recommend this location for your car needs, big or small.

I originally went to Walmart for an oil change and was told they couldn’t service my car due to several “issues.” I then came to Goodyear, where Larry was kind enough to actually take a look and explain what was really going on instead of just turning me away. After checking everything, he confirmed that Walmart was incorrect, and I was able to get my oil change done with no problem. Thank you so much to Larry and the Goodyear staff for being honest, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Great customer service all around!

Donavan Rodriguez, the customer advisor was very friendly, helpful, and kind when greeting me and communicating with me about my brakes. Despite not having my appointment in the books, Donavan still put me in to be seen. did not speak with the mechanic that worked on my car. However, he was very thorough when inspecting my brakes. Thank you for taking the time to fit me in and to offer a free brake inspection. I am very grateful to you all for this complimentary service. Have a wonderful day!
