I dropped off my vehicle on February 16, 2026, after being told the repairs would be completed by that Friday. At drop‑off, the office manager informed me that the vehicle needed to be evaluated and that she would submit the findings to my warranty company, SilverRock, for approval. However, I later discovered that she provided inaccurate information. She told me on Tuesday that she had initiated the claim with SilverRock, but this was untrue. I received a text message from SilverRock on Wednesday, February 18, at 12:08 PM stating that the claim had just been initiated at that time. I have the text message confirming this. On Thursday, February 19, I called to verify the claim status, and she informed me the repairs had been approved, that parts were on order, and that they were expected to arrive by Friday, February 20. I was then told the new estimated completion date would be Tuesday, February 24. On Monday, when I called for an update, I was told that the parts had arrived but that they were now waiting on a tool required for the timing belt. I do not understand why this tool was not ordered at the same time as the parts, especially since any qualified technician would know the required equipment. When I contacted a local AutoZone myself, I was told that this tool is in stock and readily available. Today, February 25, I called again at 11:12 AM and spoke with Crystal. She stated that the tool still had not arrived but was expected sometime today. When I asked whether I could expect my car to finally be completed—after waiting a week and a half—she told me to “be patient.” I found this response dismissive and inappropriate, considering how patient I have already been through repeated delays, misinformation, and a lack of clear communication. At this point, my vehicle has been delayed far beyond the original timeframe, and I have been repeatedly misled about the status of both the warranty process and the repair progress. I emailed Corporate.

Words can not even describe how amazing this business is as a whole, and with their service. Great people and great service. I came to get my car checked for a humming sound, and they found the issue the same day and worked to get it done that same day. The staff was amazing at keeping me updated with what was going on and what my options were. I had to replace both front wheel bearings and hubs. They were very willing to work with me, and even with it being easter weekend, really pushed for the best repair job. They care for their customers and want to get you back on the road safely. Very grateful for them and the time they took on my car.

I had an excellent experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and transparent about the services I needed. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my Jeep and explained everything in terms I could easily understand. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprise charges. The work was completed on time, and my Jeep is running better than ever. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and efficient automotive service. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance and repairs!
