I called a few other towing places before calling Dalays. They answered right away gave me a reasonable price and talked to me as if I was catching up with a friend along the way. Made me feel comfortable and confident I was going to have a positive experience which I did. I would recommend them if your looking to get a tow in a timely manner and have a cool dude to talk to

I had my 4WD truck towed by this company using a hook/wheel-lift truck with the front wheels on the ground. After the tow, my vehicle immediately developed a loud whining noise that was not present beforehand. Multiple sources indicate that this towing method can damage the transfer case on 4WD vehicles. I am now facing potential drivetrain repairs. I would strongly recommend confirming towing procedures if you have a 4WD or AWD vehicle.
