My vehicle was stolen and ended up in a McDonald's lot. Paid the fee. Went to the lot. Waited 20 mins. Was told there was a driver 9 miles away who would be here shortly. Waited 30 minutes, called again. Driver will be there shortly. Waited 30 minutes, someone else showed up and called, driver will be there shortly. My vehicle is being held hostage and I not only did nothing wrong, I had to pay them nearly $300 to sit at a lot. Edit: I was very angry when I wrote this, but one-star review is not fair review. Circumstances beyond their control were the cause of the delays, and the driver eventually arrived and he was both courteous and helpful (and even gave me some actionable advice). I am still upset that I waited so long. I'm also upset that I had to provide exact change in cash (which included $281.10, so if I had to get all the money from an ATM that only dispenses $20's, I would have been forced to overpay $18.90, which I'm sure is part of the business model). Given the totality of circumstances, I'll amend to a three-star review. I don't think there's a BETTER tow company around. Being the best option and being good are two completely separate things. Edit 2: I do genuinely appreciate their reply on this review, and the opportunity to understand the situation better. I'm still not willing to go above 3 stars. It was a bad experience. It could have been a much worse experience, but it could have and should have been better.

William W. Was so kind and caring on 2.2.26. My jeep got hit, I was crying he told me he would take care of my jeep not to worry. My jeep was undrivable and he told me that he would make sure I got a ride to a safe place until my husband could pick me up. Thank you William. Stay safe!!!

Absolutely awful business!! I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Vehicle was totaled in an accident and police had McDonald’s tow the vehicle and was placed in their lot on Mosel. Wouldn’t allow us to get into the vehicle(called 4 times and McDonald’s employee hung up on me each time)so insurance company had vehicle towed elsewhere. Insurance company has picture of vehicle leaving the Mosel lot without the license plate! We did not remove it!! When we got into the vehicle elsewhere the registration and proof of insurance( glove box was pryed open as it was unable to be opened after the accident)along with some other items were missing. Someone also took up all the floor matts and placed them on the backseat along with placing two small blankets in a garbage bag.The theft obviously occurred at the McDonald’s Mosel lot although they deny it as they “don’t do that”. Don’t ever let them touch your vehicle!! If it needs towed make sure it is not them or any tow company associated with them. This isn’t my family’s first bad experience with this awful company- more like the third.
