They were amazing! I called and got it in the same day. They gave me a detailed estimate including pictures, parts, labor, and an explanation. Very accommodating and professional. Nick was who I dealt with directly. He was honest and sympathetic of my situation. Found the best rates he could find and gave me an added discount to lighten the load. I would say he definitely went above and beyond with his customer service. Car issues are never an easy situation but they made it as painless as possible. Nick and the lovely people at auto ER were fast and diligent when it came to servicing my vehicle.
