Wish I could give zero stars. Absolute worst case scenario after my beloved car was totalled. Disgusting interior. Worker had zero empathy and was sitting watching TV for a few minutes before I realized they worked there when they got to the counter finally asked me what I wanted from them. Yelled at me for trying to debadge my car and tried to stop me even though people do it all the time and I knew my insurance wouldn't care (they're just stickers...also... again, the car is totalled). Did not even blink when I handed the keys back sobbing. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. EVER.

I did not use this business and I never will because their tow truck driver just ran me off the road, tailgating me and shining their brights in my eyes - which are eye level with my vehicle while they were in a tow truck extremely unsafe and unprofessional to do in your company’s truck. Says a lot about why they have a one star rating with employees like that!
