Nicolas was awesome. Came in with my truck not sure if I was needing a new battery. Nicolas informed me there was 2 sizes it could be and would check that out when he tested the battery. Unfortunately the battery tested bad but Nicolas recommended the 4 year AGM battery and a terminal protector kit to prevent corrosion and installed the battery all within about 10 minutes. Thank you so much Nicolas!

Complaint is based off individuals in a corporate office ! ** DON’T BUY BATTERIES FROM ADVANCED AUTO PARTS ** Advance Auto Parts sold me two bad batteries in a row. The first one I bought in 2023 didn’t even last a year. They replaced it in 2024, and that replacement battery failed again in 2025 after only nine months. That is not normal—that is a product quality problem. When I called customer service, Tanya was polite and professional. But the supervisor Miles was one of the most disrespectful customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. He was condescending, rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping me. He even told me he didn’t care if I filed complaints or posted reviews because he’d “respond to all of them.” He brushed off the fact their products are failing early and acted like it didn’t matter. Miles’s behavior completely violates the customer service values Advance Auto Parts claims to stand for. If this is how supervisors treat customers—and if their products fail this quickly—I will be taking this as far up the chain as I need to. I strongly recommend people think twice before trusting their batteries or their customer service.

Took my Class A motor home to this location knowing I may need a battery. Trinton J tested my battery ,said it needed replacement and we discussed a proper replacement. He provided the tools and helped me put in the new battery despite the stores policy that he should not. Thanks to him I am a very happy customer. CUDO'S to Trinton J
