Mr. And mrs Rachel were extremely efficient, professional, and patient in answering all of my questions. They made a stressful situation much easier with kindness and clear communication. My husband has used JT‘s towing multiple times hauling equipment and broken down trucks for work related issues. I had to call them last Saturday for a Non-work related issue. My two teens were in an accident , I was out of town and needed car towed immediately! We called JT ‘s and they showed up quickly . They were kind of, professional and helpful from phone call to delivery to body shop ! If I ever need services again they will be my first call ! Highly recommend!

An accident occurred involving our company vehicle, and my coworker was stranded at the scene. Since we work in Miami, you can imagine how stressful the situation was. After calling two other places I found on Google with no success, I came across JT, who stepped in immediately—even though it was around 7:00 p.m., after most places had already closed. He reassured us that his shop works directly with insurance companies and could arrange for the vehicle to be picked up there. My coworker was understandably overwhelmed and had left several personal items in the car, including the license plate, and the office was incredibly helpful in assisting with that as well. Everyone was professional, kind, and respectful throughout the process. I don’t typically have the best experiences with tow companies, but this one truly exceeded expectations. I would give them a 10/10 without hesitation!
