Can I remember my operators name at this time but he called ahead of time to make sure that I would be with the car and I advised him I would have to come back and meet him at the car. When I got back to the car to meet him I advised him that I would need him to put the car on the flatbed without putting the car in neutral because the car was having transmission issues and could not be put into here. The operator did not like that answer and from this point on is where the horrible customer service began. The operator made me send him a text message, releasing him of liability for putting the car on the flatbed without putting it in neutral which I thought was a process that was widely known to Tow Truck operators, but I’m unsure. After that, he left me in the location where he picked up the car after agreeing to take me with the car because I had a special key to open up my gate. On my way to the drop off location in my Uber he blew up my phone rushing me to the drop off location after leaving me after he told my car. When I got to the actual drop off location, he was not there and he was three minutes away. When he dropped off my car, he dropped the car so roughly I have attached a video to show you exactly how roughly you drop the car and his customer service skills from the point of me telling him I did not want him to put the car into Gear up until he dropped. My car were absolutely atrocious. Although I use this service through my Allstate roadside assistance, I expected a certain level of customer care that I did not receive.

Battery Replacement through AAA. Replacement itself was smooth and they had the correct battery on hand. Technician took the old battery and charged us a core replacement fee, which is only to be charged in Texas if the original battery is not returned. Was given the run around by both the technicians and manager. AAA ultimately refunded the fee after review
