Benjamin was amazing and the puppy was the sweetest cutest little thing I’ve seen. His service was speedy and I didn’t have to wait too long. If I could’ve given more stars I would Benjamin deserves a big raise for the assurance I received today.

Rainy day I get it. Called 12:30 been waiting 4 hours. Kept getting I’m 10/20 Mins out updates. No one ever came. After checking back to see why? I then receive a call from the driver of the day “Shawn/Sean” who so rudely let me know, he’s not late. But running behind. I let him know that was fine but I have work at 5 & just want my tire fixed. Long story short thank you A Bay Towing for arriving in under 15 mins. God bless you all.

I simply called to see about a tow request and his response was I have no availability youre gonna have to call someone else. No feedback on when they would have availability or when to try back and thats just poor customer service. Theres nothing that can be done about a persons lack of customer service especially when they feel like you need them more then they need you, but I had to give this review because it was just uncalled for to be so rude. I wouldnt recommend just based of the lack of courtesy that I received.
