They give offer on phone but then try to lowball in person, and then lie about the catalytic converter being missing or “messed with”. My vehicle had the catalytic converter… the only reason I let my vehicle go is because they priced a bit higher than other places and needed vehicle gone already. But beware about the catalytic converter lie.

Was trying to find a part, wasn't given any time to fully explain for what I was looking for. I called over 5 times and whoever was working there that day seemed like they did not want to assist their clientele. Was rudely hung up on. Most definitely won't recommend anyone to come here

Terrible. Especially with communication. Waited the entire first day was told unable to after waiting from noon til 6 at night. Called the next day in the morning contacted the driver who told me he would arrive before 12:30 after not arriving I called and was forwarded to voicemail and no response. I called the office and the guy tells me either reschedule or go with another company with no care at all.
