They helped us fix a coolant leak during a storm, which we really appreciated. The price was higher, but reasonable for the winter season. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they’re always very busy. Even when calling to make a payment, you’re often rushed because they need to take other calls, so you have to explain everything very quickly.

On 6/3 we were traveling on I-220 and our trailer bounced and came off the car and went into the ditch. We called Gerald’s Towing and we’re SAVED! From the understanding and compassionate Angel to the manager Mike who helped us find a Uhaul trailer. They all went above and beyond to get us back on the road to our vacation! Mike and Justin even reload our stuff into the trailer! It was service and help like we’re old friends!
